提高A333Gr.3低溫用無縫鋼管沖擊韌性的研究

  • 摘要: 為了提高A333Gr.3低溫用無縫鋼管的沖擊韌性,對三種低溫用無縫鋼管進行了化學成分、有害元素、氣體含量、軋態力學性能、熱處理后的金相組織和力學性能分析對比.碳含量對鋼管低溫沖擊韌性有明顯的影響,碳含量越低,沖擊韌性越高.鋼中磷含量可顯著提高鋼的脆性轉變溫度,應進一步降低鋼中磷含量,同時控制鋼管軋制溫度,降低鋼管終軋溫度,提高鋼管冷卻速度,細化晶粒度,這些措施都有助于提高無縫鋼管低溫沖擊韌性.

     

    Abstract: For improving the impact toughness of A333Gr. 3 cryogenic seamless tubes, the chemical composition, hazardous element, gas content, rolling state mechanical properties, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of three kinds of cryogenic seamless steel tubes after heat treatment were analyzed and compared. Carbon content has obvious influence on the low-temperature impact toughness of the steel tubes. The lower the carbon content is, the higher the impact toughness is. The brittle transition temperature can be obviously improved by the phosphorus content of the steel, so the phosphorus content of the steel should be reduced. At the same time, the rolling temperature of the steel tubes should be controlled, the finishing rolling temperature of the steel tubes should be reduced, the cooling velocity should be enhanced, and the grain size should be refined. These measures are beneficial to enhance the low-temperature impact toughness of the steel tubes.
