Estimating the burden surface profile of a blast furnace based on multi-radar measurement and least squares approximations

  • 摘要: 利用多點雷達數據,使用最小二乘法對高爐的料面形狀進行估計.首先,采用三段曲線描述料面形狀,其中包括兩段直線一段二次曲線.其次,利用爐料分布規律對三段曲線的具體參數進行約束,使得料面形狀的估計更為合理.然后,利用多點雷達數據和最小二乘法估計料面形狀,實現料面的實時動態顯示.利用某鋼廠的實際雷達測量數據,證實了該方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Burden distribution in a blast furnace was estimated based on least squares approximations and multi-radar data. Firstly, a three-segment curve, which includes two straight lines and a quadratic curve, was used to describe the burden distribution. Secondly, based on the burden distribution principles, some constraint equations were obtained to estimate parameters in the three-segment curve, which makes the burden surface profile more reasonable. Then, the burden distribution was estimated by using least squares approximations and multi-radar data, and a real-timely display of the burden surface profile could be achieved. A numerical example with real multi-radar data obtained from a steel plant shows the effectiveness of the estimate method.
