  • 摘要: 通過緊湊拉伸試驗研究了碳的質量分數約為0.5%的C50車輪鋼解理斷裂韌性KIC(即條件斷裂韌性KQ)與晶粒尺寸的關系.結果表明,晶粒尺寸對試樣的斷裂韌性有明顯的影響,但決定車輪鋼解理斷裂韌性的是組織中最大的晶粒尺寸,而不是平均晶粒尺寸,最大晶粒尺寸越大,斷裂韌性越低.對于C50車輪鋼,當前5%的最大晶粒平均尺寸為30~73μm時,車輪鋼的條件斷裂韌性KQ與晶粒平均尺寸的對數呈線性關系.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between grain size and cleavage fracture toughness KIC, i.e., conditional fracture toughness KQ, was investigated for a high speed wheel steel with 0.5% C by compact tension testing. It is indicated that the grain size has an evident effect on the fracture toughness. The fracture toughness is more dependent on the largest grain size than the average grain size of the C50 wheel steel. When the average size of the 5% largest grains is in the range of 30 to 73 μm, the cleavage fracture toughness KQ decreases linearly with the logarithm of average size of these largest grains increasing.
