10CrNiMo高強鋼的低周疲勞特性

  • 摘要: 采用圓形橫截面光滑試樣,通過軸向不同應變幅控制的低周疲勞試驗,研究了10CrNiMo高強鋼的低周疲勞特性,包括循環應力-應變行為、應變-壽命特點、循環應力響應及其力學滯后現象,給出了相應的疲勞參數、循環軟硬化特性及應變滯后規律.對裂紋擴展方向及試樣疲勞斷口的觀察表明:裂紋擴展面與軸向力呈現多角度關系,裂紋萌生于試樣表面,沿斷口周邊分布,且具有多源性;疲勞裂紋主要以銳化——鈍化機制擴展.

     

    Abstract: Low cycle fatigue characteristics of 10CrNiMo high-strength steel were investigated with smooth rotundity-section specimens through low cycle fatigue testing under axial loading controlled by different strain amplitudes, including cyclic stress-strain behavior, strain-life feature, cyclic stress response and mechanical hysteresis. The relevant fatigue parameters, cyclic softening/hardening property and strain hysteretic rule were given on the basis of experimental data. Observations of crack propagation orientation and frac-ture surfaces show that fatigue cracks initiate with multi-initiation sites from the specimen surface, distribute along the fracture border, and propagate along planes with different angles to axial force. Fatigue crack propagation is mainly in the blunting-resharpening mechanism.
