斜軋擴管孔型開度及頂頭平整段錐角分析

Analysis on the opening of pass in rotary tube expanding mills and the cone angle in the smoothing zone of plugs

  • 摘要: 基于斜軋擴管機特殊的空間結構,采用條件極值法確定軋輥輥面孔徑點位置,解析出孔徑點的空間坐標,據此建立斜軋擴管變形區的孔型開度計算模型.在此基礎上求解出與軋輥孔型開度配套頂頭的平整段錐角.結果表明,利用斜軋擴管機頂頭平整段錐角計算方法獲得的理論數值與實際生產工具參數相符合.

     

    Abstract: Based on the special spatial structure of a rotary tube expanding mill,a conditional extremum method was used to determine the position of aperture points on the roller surface,to resolve the space coordinates of aperture points,and to construct a model for calculating the opening of holes in the formation zone of rotary tube expanding.The cone angle in the smoothing zone of plugs suitable for the opening of pass was calculated with the model.The calculation results are in agreement with the actual parameters of production.
