鍋爐酸洗過氧化氫鈍化工藝的電化學實驗研究

Electrochemical study on hydrogen peroxide passivation during boiler pickling

  • 摘要: 采用線性極化電阻技術和交流阻抗技術研究了鍋爐水冷管材在過氧化氫溶液鈍化條件下的電化學特征,結合SEM電子掃描技術對不同鈍化條件下的鈍化膜成膜形貌進行觀察測量.實驗結果表明,在檸檬酸漂洗后采用過氧化氫鈍化的過程中,當過氧化氫的質量分數為0.1%,溶液pH為9.5,亞鐵離子的質量濃度為100 mg·L-1且氯離子的質量濃度低于50 mg·L-1時鈍化效果最好,鈍化膜成膜形貌較為完整,管材抵抗外界腐蝕的能力最強.

     

    Abstract: The linear polarization resistance and AC impedance techniques were applied to test the electrochemical performance of boiler water-cooling pipe steel in hydrogen peroxide solution.The microstructures of the pipe steel passivated in different conditions were observed by SEM.The experiment results show that when the mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide is 0.1%,the pH of the solution is 9.5,the mass concentration of ferrous ions is 100 mg·L-1 and the mass concentration of chlorine ions is less than 50 mg·L-1,the better passivation with H2O2 can be achieved after pickling with citric acid. An intact passive film has formed on the pipe steel and the corrosion resistance of the pipe steel is optimal.
