Deformed microstructure of Mo-30Cu alloy at room temperature

  • 摘要: 對Mo-30Cu合金室溫拉伸性能進行了研究,并對其斷口進行觀察分析.通過對Mo-30Cu合金冷軋實驗,研究了不同變形量下組織的變化規律.結果表明:Mo-30Cu合金的斷裂以Cu相的韌性斷裂為主,并伴隨著Mo/Cu界面的分離和Mo晶粒的解理斷裂.Mo/Cu界面的分離和Mo晶粒的解理斷裂是Mo-30Cu合金室溫軋制過程中產生裂紋的主要原因.

     

    Abstract: The room temperature tensile properties of Mo-30Cu alloy was investigated and its fracture morphology was observed Cold rolling test was carried out to study the change in microstructure of Mo-30Cu alloy with different deformations The results showed that the room fracture of Mo-30Cu alloy was composed fracture of copper binder, separation of molybdenum/copper binder interfaces, and cleavage of molybdenum particles. Cleavage of molybdenum particles and separation of molybdenum-copper binder interfaces made cracks in Mo-30Cu alloy during cold rolling at room temperature.
