CVC熱連軋機支持輥不均勻磨損及輥形改進

Characteristics of backup roll wear contour in a CVC continuous hot rolling mill

  • 摘要: 非對稱的CVC工作輥與對稱支持輥輥形配置易導致下游機架支持輥輥形自保持性差.利用ANSYS有限元軟件分析F4機架常規支持輥磨損對軋機板形調控性能及輥間接觸壓力分布的影響,發現嚴重的支持輥不均勻磨損會影響軋機的板形控制穩定性,并導致支持輥剝落增加輥耗.基于有限元分析提出一種新的支持輥輥形,實驗證明新輥形具有良好的自保持性,可在整個服役期內穩定發揮其性能,并在支持輥服役后期緩解輥間接觸壓力尖峰的出現.

     

    Abstract: The configuration of dissymmetrical CVC work roll contour and symmetrical conventional backup roll contour results in bad self-maintenance of backup rolls in downstream stands. After the analysis on the effects of backup roll wear contour in No. 4 stand on the profile control and roll contact pressure distribution by ANSYS finite element method, it was found that the severe wear of the backup roll affected the controllability of the mill for the profile and flatness of products, and led to the spalling accident of the backup roll, which may increase roll consumption. Based on the ANSYS analysis, a new backup roll contour was proposed, which was proved of good self-maintenance by experiment, and could work well during the whole service period, especially could mitigate the roll contact pressure peak of backup roll wear contour.
