帶鋼拉伸彎曲矯直變形過程仿真研究

Simulation of strip deformation in process of tension leveling

  • 摘要: 帶鋼拉伸彎曲變形過程的表征是拉伸彎曲矯直工藝研究中的關鍵,帶鋼拉伸彎曲變形過程在本質上就是帶鋼在張力作用下的反復彎曲變形過程.本文建立了可以模擬此變形過程的有限元仿真模型,并對帶鋼拉伸彎曲變形過程進行了仿真研究,揭示了帶鋼產生塑性延伸和板形矯正的機理.在此基礎上,提出了拉伸彎曲矯直工藝使用制度.

     

    Abstract: The characterization of tensile-bend deformation was the core of tension leveling technology and the essence of tensile-bend deformation was cyclic repeated bend of steel strip with tension.The tension leveling simulation model,which could simulate cyclic reserved bend of steel strip with tension,was established.The mechanism of strip plastic extension and flatness leveling was discovered by the results of simulation and analysis,and the application schedule of tension leveling technology was put forward.
