寶鋼1420冷連軋機邊降控制功能的拓展

Development of edge drop control technology for 1420 tandem cold mill

摘要: 為了開發提升1420冷連軋機組的帶鋼邊降控制功能,拓展生產DI材等對邊降有特殊要求的高端產品,提出了專門用于控制邊降的工作輥輥形設計思路與方法,同時專門針對DI材軋制的板形需求,對連軋機第一機架的板形平坦度控制目標曲線進行了修改完善.實踐表明,該方案實現了對該機組邊降功能的拓展.

Abstract: In order to improve the capability of strip edge drop control in 1420TCM and develop strip productions such as DI tinplate which demands high quality of edge drop,the special work roll profile and design method were developed,and the parameters of target curve for automatic flatness control in stand 1 were also adjusted.The experimental results show that the capability of edge drop control is improved in 1420TCM.
