在混凝土模擬孔隙液中癸二酸二異辛酯的緩蝕特性研究

Inhibition effects of di-(2-ethylhexyl)-sebacate on corrosion of reinforcing steel in stimulated concrete pore solution

摘要: 采用動電位極化曲線和電化學阻抗譜研究了癸二酸二異辛酯在模擬混凝土孔隙液中對鋼筋的保護作用.癸二酸二異辛酯的加入導致混凝土鋼筋的腐蝕電位正移,對鋼筋的陽極電化學過程有抑制作用.其緩蝕效果隨癸二酸二異辛酯濃度增加而增加,當癸二酸二異辛酯的濃度為2%時,對含有400mg/L Cl^-的混凝土模擬液中鋼筋電極的緩蝕效率為78.5%.氯離子含量是影響鋼筋腐蝕性能和癸二酸二異辛酯阻銹劑作用的重要因素.癸二酸二異辛酯能夠在鋼筋表面形成沉淀性保護膜.

Abstract: The inhibition effects of di-(2-ethylhexyl)-sebacate on the corrosion behavior of reinforcing steel bar were investigated by electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in simulated pore solution.The anodic reaction of steel electrode was suppressed.The content of Cl^- is one of the most factors which effect the corrosion of rebars and the performance of the di-(2-ethylhexyl)-sebacate as corrosion inhibitor.It can suppress the electrochemical reaction by forming a deposition film in the steel/concrete interface.
