F數計算及其與板坯連鑄結晶器內鋼水卷渣的關系

Calculation of F value and relationship between F value and slag entrapment in a slab continuous casting mold

  • 摘要: 為了控制板坯連鑄結晶器內鋼水的卷渣,提出一種用結晶器流場數值模擬計算結果對前人研究出的液面波動指數F數進行計算的方法,研究了F數與液面波動及板坯澆注工藝參數的關系.研究表明:從結晶器流場的數值模擬計算結果中調用相應的計算F數所需的參數,可以方便地計算出F數.調整澆注工藝參數將F數控制在3~5就可以將液面波動控制在±(3~5) mm的合理范圍內,從而減小或避免結晶器內的卷渣.

     

    Abstract: To control slag entrapment, a new method was put forward to calculate the level fluctuation index, i.e. F value, which was defined by other researchers. F value could easily be calculated based on the results of numerical simulation of slab continuous casting mold flow. The relationship between F value and level fluctuation in the mold as well as operational technological parameters were also studied. It is shown that using the data of numerical simulation of slab continuous casting mold flow can easily calculate F value. By adjusting operational technological parameters, the range of F value can be controlled in 3 -5, and the surface fluctuation in ± (3-5) mm, as a result, slag entrapment can be avoided.
