高性能燒結NdFeB磁體的制備技術

Improved processing techniques for high performance NdFeB magnets

摘要: 采用鱗片鑄錠、氫爆加氣流磨制粉、脈沖場振動取向加橡皮模等靜壓成型等改進的技術在工業生產線上成功制造了N52高性能燒結NdFeB磁體.用X射線衍射儀、光學金相顯微鏡、透射電鏡和掃描電鏡研究了磁體的結構;用磁強自動記錄儀測量了磁體的退磁曲線.實驗結果表明,Nd29.0Pr_0.5Ga_0.2Fe_69.1Nb_0.2B_1.0磁體室溫磁性能達到B_r=1.457T,H_ci=1097kÅm^-1,(BH)_max=409kJ·m^-3,且磁體的均勻性和一致性較好.

Abstract: A high performance sintered NdFeB magnet with N52 was prepared by strip casting, hydrogen decrepitation, jet milling, rubber isostatic pressing with impulse magnetic field and vibrating. The structure of the magnet was investigated by XRD, optical microscope, TEM and SEM, and its demagnetization curve was tested by magnetograph. The results show that the room-temperature magnetic properties of the Nd_29.0Pr_0.5Ga_0.2Fe_69.1Nb_0.2B_1.0 magnet can reach up to B_r=1.457T,H_ci=1097kÅm^-1,(BH)_max=409kJ·m^-3, with a better homogeneity and consistency.
