極低硫鋼的精煉脫硫動力學模型
Dynamic Model Applied in Ultra-low Sulphur Steel Refining Desurlfurization Process

摘要: 通過對影響脫硫反應限制性環節的分析,將持續接觸和瞬時接觸兩種反應模式綜合考慮,建立了精煉脫硫動力學模型,并通過實驗室“極低硫鋼精煉脫硫”實驗數據對模型進行驗證.結果表明,本模型的預測結果與實驗結果比較吻合.Abstract: By analyzing the bottle-neck of desulphurization reacton, a kinetic model applied in refining desurlfurization process was developed based on two kind of calculating reactive modes: both durative contact mode and temporary contact mode. The results show that this model is in good agreement with the experimental data.
