摘要: 為解決H型鋼軋制缺陷問題,用塑性有限元軟件建立了H型鋼的軋制模型,模擬了軋制過程,并用熱力耦合法分析了軋件的變形和金屬流動情況和腹板的軋制力分布。仿真結果與實測數據基本吻合。Abstract: Rolling model of H beam was established through MSC Marc/AutoForge FEA software and the rolling process was simulated to solve the defect problem for H beam. The metal flow in rolling process was simulated by thermo mechanical coupled elastoplastic element and the pressure distribution on web was given. The simulation results are agreeable with the measuring data.
