Synthesis of Butyraldehyde Glycol Acetal by using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as Catalyst

摘要: 以固載雜多酸鹽TiSiW12O40/TiO2為多相催化劑,對以丁醛和乙二醇為原料合成丁醛乙二醇縮醛的反應條件進行了研究。實驗表明TiSiW12O40)/TiO2是合成丁醛乙二醇縮醛的良好催化劑。較系統地研究了醛醇的物質的量的比、催化劑用量、反應時間諸因素對收率的影響,得到最佳反應條件為:n(丁醛):n(乙二醇)=1:1.5,催化劑用量為反應物料總質量的0.5%,環己烷為帶水劑,反應時間1.0 h。上述條件下,丁醛乙二醇縮醛的收率可達81.9%。Abstract: Butyraldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from butyraldehyde and glycol in the presence of TiSiW12O40TiO2. The factors influencing the yield of product and the optimum reaction condition were discussed. The optimum condition is the molar ratio of butyraldehyde to glycol is 1:1.5, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 0.5% in mass fraction, and the reaction time is 1.0 h. TiSiW12O40/TiO2 is an excellent catalyst to synthesize butyraldehyde glycol acetal and the yield can be up to 81.9%.
