Improving Electrochemical Performance of LiFePO4 as a Cathode Material

  • 摘要: 采用固相反應法合成了LiFePO4正極材料。在20mA/g的電流密度下進行恒電流充放電,比容量可以達到135mAh/g。為了改進LiFePO4的性能,提高其高倍率性能,嘗試了兩種途徑并合成出Li(Fe0.8Mn0.2)PO4和LiFePO4/C。低倍率充放電實驗得出的兩個樣品的比容量分別可達到145mAh/g和144mAh/g,而且表現出了良好的循環性能和平坦的電壓平臺。以上兩種方法制備出的材料均具有較好的高倍率性能。

     

    Abstract: LiFePO4 was synthesized by solid state reaction. A reversible capacity of 125-138 mAh/g was achieved under a low current density of 20 mA/g at room temperature. In order to improve the electrochemical performance of the material, Li(Fe0.8Mn0.2)PO4 and LiFePO4/C were prepared, respectively. The charge-discharge experiment of the samples showed that the capacities were 145 mAh/g and 144 mAh/g, respectively. They both had a good voltage plateau and exhibited wonderful high current properties.
