Experimental Investigation on Heat Treatment of Spray-Forming Ultrahigh Strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloys

  • 摘要: 研究了噴射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系超高強度鋁合金的沉積態和擠壓態的組織,對擠壓態合金進行了固溶處理和時效處理,得到了時效硬度曲線,并進行了力學性能測試.結果顯示:沉積態合金孔隙較多;擠壓態合金內存在大量的顆粒,經能譜分析為富銅相;固溶溫度達到490℃時,晶界出現熔化現象.時效硬度曲線表明:采用120℃時效,在15~25h之間達到硬度峰值;采用135℃時效,達到硬度峰值的時間與合金的成分有關,隨著Zn含量的增加,達到硬度峰值的時間變短,而抗拉強度基本穩定在700MPa左右.

     

    Abstract: The microstructures of as-deposited and extruded ultrahigh strength aluminum alloys by spray-forming were investigated. The aging-curves and tensile properties were tested after solid-solution treatment and aging treatment. The result shows that in as-deposited alloys, many porosities are obvious. In extruded alloys, however, there are large amount of Cu-rich particles. The solid-solution treatment temperature should not be higher than 490℃ because much of grain-boundaries melt in this temperature. At 120℃, the time to obtain hardness peaks ranges from 15 to 25 h. At 135℃, the relationship is obvious between the time and the composition of the alloys:The more Zn contented, the less the time; the tensile strength of the alloys keeps on about 700 MPa.
