輥型對半固態變形影響的三維有限元分析

Finite-Element Analysis on the Rolling Process of Semi-solid Steel in Different Roll Shapes

  • 摘要: 采用多孔材料的幾何模型,利用MARC有限元軟件對彈簧鋼60Si2Mn半固態軋制過程進行了三維有限元模擬,分析了在平輥和孔型軋制條件下的應力、應變場.在孔型中軋制,軋件變形區橫截面上應力、應變場分布均勻.模擬結果與實驗結果相吻合,說明半固態材料適合在孔型中軋制.

     

    Abstract: With a geometrical model of porous materials, 3D finite-element analysis on the rolling process of 60Si2Mn in the semi-solid state was carried out using the software MARC. In terms of flat and groove rolling conditions, the stress field and strain field were studied. During groove rolling, the distributions of stress and strain on the cross-section of the deformation zone was more uniform than those during flat rolling. Simulation results were good agreement with experiment data, and showed that semi-solid material was suitable for groove rolling.
