CSP工藝生產低碳鋼中的納米碳化物及其對鋼的強化作用

Nano-scale Carbide and Strengthening Effect in Low Carbon Steel Produced by CSP Process

  • 摘要: 用化學相分析及x射線小角散射法研究了CSP工藝生產HSLC鋼中碳化物的成分、數量及粒度分布,發現尺寸小于18 nm的碳化物含量大于文獻中測定的CSP含Nb的HSLA鋼中尺寸小于18nm的Nb (CxNy)含量.對納米級碳化物對鋼的強化作用進行了討論.

     

    Abstract: The carbide composition, quantity and particle size distribution of HSLC steel produced by CSP process were studied by chemical phase analysis and SAXS method with a 3014 X-ray diffracto-spectrometer and a Kratky small angle scattering goniometer. It is found that the content of carbide with its size less than 18 nm is more than that of Nb(CxNy) with its size less than 18 nm in Nb-contained CSP-HSLA steel reported in reference. The strengthening effect of nano-scale carbide on the steel was discussed.
