摘要: 提出了一種應用于中厚板軋制的道次間自適應算法.該算法以實測數據為基礎,通過實測軋制力與實際計算軋制力的比值決定軋制力模型學習量的大小,做到了真正意義上的以實測數據來校正模型,從而使設定的模型有較好的自學習功能,并在實際應用中表現出較好的學習效果.Abstract: Using measured data, an algorithm of pass adaptation is developed for plate rolling. This algorithm can adjust the model better because the adjusting scale depends on the ratio of measured rolling force to calculated rolling force. Results show that this adaptive algorithm is effective in practice.
