影響高爐爐墻熱負荷的因素分析

Analysis About Influence Factors on Heat Load of Blast Furnace Wall

  • 摘要: 應用傳熱學原理建立了高爐爐墻溫度場數學模型,應用數值模擬方法分析了冷卻水管直徑和間距、冷卻水管至冷卻壁熱面的距離,鑲磚導熱系數、鑲磚厚度和面積,爐襯厚度,渣鐵凝固層厚度及對流換熱系數對爐墻熱負荷的影響.結果認為,降低爐墻熱阻是增大爐墻熱負荷的重要途徑.

     

    Abstract: The mathematical model of the temperature field for BF wall was established. The influence of diameter of cooling water pipe, distance between cooling water pipes, the distance between cooling water pipe and heat surface of stave, brick conductivity, brick thickness, brick area, lining thickness, thickness of the skull of hot metal and slag and convection coefficient on the the heat load of Blast furnace wall was studied. The results show that decreasing the thermal conductance is the important way for increasing the heat load of bladt furnance wall.
