連鑄過程中鋼液增氮影響因素的試驗研究

摘要: 研究了中包覆蓋劑及連鑄結晶器保護渣對82B及35K鋼液吸氮的影響,結果表明:只要連鑄鋼液與大氣接觸就會增氮;熔點高于連鑄鋼液溫度的中包覆蓋劑不利于防止鋼液吸氮;在同樣的條件下,35K鋼液吸氮量比82B大.Abstract: Effect of tundish flux and mould slag on nitrogen absorption of 82B and 35K liquid steel during the continuous casting process has been studied. The results show that nitrogen in liquid steel will be increased when it is exposed at atmosphere, it is not good to prevent absorbing nitrogen when the melt-point of tundish flux is higher than the temperature of liquid steel, and the nitrogen absorption in 35K liquid steel is higher than that in 82B under the same condition.
