摘要: 用奇異攝動方法對連鑄結晶器內傳熱狀態進行理論分析,并且結合移動網格法構造了一種奇異攝動數值方法進行了相應的計算.與實驗結果比較,兩者相符甚好,為結晶過程的分析及參數控制提供了一個理論依據.Abstract: Based on the singular perturbation method and composite with the moving-grid method, a new perturbation numerical method is established to analyze the casting process. The results are in good agreement with numerical solutions and measured values, which has laid a theoretical basis for further analysis and para-meters control during the solidification process of billets in continuous casting moulds.
