鈦酸鋇陶瓷粉末的低溫燃燒合成

Self-propagating Low-temperature Synthesis of BaTiO3 Powder

  • 摘要: 以Ba (NO3)2-TiO2-C6H7O8·H2O為體系,在600℃加熱進行低溫燃燒合成實驗,制得粒度為1.2~.4 μm的四方相BaTiO3陶瓷粉體.結果表明燃燒的均勻程度對燃燒產物的相組成和微觀結構有很大的影響.通過熱力學分析,提出低溫燃燒合成BaTiO3陶瓷粉末的形成機理.

     

    Abstract: Self-Propagating Low-temperture Synthesis(SLS) of BaTiO3-TiO2-C6H7O8·H2O system was investigated at an initial temperature of 600 and ultrafine tetragonal BaTiO3 powder with particle size of 1.2-1.4 μm was Prepared. It is found that the homogeneity of combustion plays a remarkable effect on phase formation and microstructure of the combustion product. The reaction mechanism of SLS BaTiO3 powder is proposed on basis of thermodynamic analysis.
