神經網絡在金屬大氣腐蝕率預測中的應用

Application of Artifcal Nural Network in Prediction Corrosion Value of Metal in Atmosphere

  • 摘要: 根據我國大氣腐蝕網站積累的環境數據和材料腐蝕數據,采用人工神經網絡方法。建立了碳鋼及低合金鋼在大氣條件下,腐蝕率與金屬腐蝕暴露時間對應關系的預測模型.結果表明:在相同的大氣環境下不同的金屬存在著不同的網絡;相同金屬在不同的大氣環境下存在著不同網絡;BP算法的形式要根據實際情況而定.

     

    Abstract: The prediction models of carbon steel and low alloy steel in atmosphere between corrosion rate exposure time were achieved,according to environment data and material corrosion data collected by atmospheric corrosion sites of China and using artificial neural network method.Relationship between corrosion rate and exposure times for carbon steel and low alloy steel in atmosphere was stuelied chieved, a based on environment data and material corrosion data and using studied artifial neural network methed. And the prediction models for predicting corrosion value of metal in atmosphere were achieved.
