內孔四層套扁擠壓筒的組合應力分析

Cohinined Stress Analysis of Multilayer Flat Container with Intemal Hole

  • 摘要: 采用彈性有限元法對生產大型整體壁板用扁擠壓筒在實際工作狀態下應力分布進行了數值模擬,獲得了在不同裝配條件和加熱條件下扁擠壓筒的應力分布狀況.結果表明,對內孔尺寸為850mm×250mm的4層套扁擠壓筒,帶及不帶中間層加熱圈時其等效組合應力分布存在較大差別.在熱擠壓工作狀態下,工作內壓為500MPa,裝配方案為(2.2,2.0,1.5)時,4層套扁擠壓筒最大等效組合應力在有無中間層加熱圈時均低于扁擠壓筒的許用應力.

     

    Abstract: The stress distrution of multilayer flat container for extruding aluminum sheet with flange has been simulated by FEM under different heating condition and shrink-fitting range. The results show that the distribution of equivalent combined stress for multilayer flat container with hole size 850×250mm differs sharply between the container with middle heating ring and tha with no middle heating ring. In the stae of hot extrusion under extrusion pressure 500 MPa, the container of shrink-fitting range(2-2,2.0,1.5) can meet the strength condition of the container Whether with the heating ring or not.
