異型坯連鑄結晶器內流場

Research on Flow Path of Hot Metal in Beam Blank Mould

  • 摘要: 經過數模和水模研究得到:影響異型坯結晶器內流場,結晶器腹板處上、下回流區的大小及結晶器液面波動的因素有:水口開孔的夾角、水口的出口傾角、鑄坯拉速及水口浸入深度.在工作拉速時,采用120°夾角、出口傾角為9°、浸入深度為75mm(換算到原型為150mm)的水口,結晶器內的流體的流動狀態較為合理.

     

    Abstract: The flow path of liquld steel in the beam blank mould was analzed using mathematical and hydrodynamic model. It was found that the flow path of hot meta in bearn blank mould, the scale of vertx area at moud web and the fluctuation of melt surface were influenced by included angle of nozzle, tilt angle of nozzle spout, casting speed and immersion depth of nozzle. The optimum technical parameters of nozzle that leads to optimum flow path in beam blank mould at normal casting speed were that included angle is 120°,spout tilt angle is 9° and immersion depth is 75 mm (150 mm in prototype).
