連鑄結晶器內鑄坯溫度場和應力場耦合過程數值模擬

Numerical Simulation of the Coupling Phenomenon between Thermal and Mechanical Fields of Billet in Continuous Casting Mold

  • 摘要: 針對碳鋼在連鑄結晶器內的凝固過程,考慮鑄坯和銅板間接觸狀態,建立了完全熱力耦合的二維熱-彈塑性有限元模型.利用MARC商用軟件包在微機上求解,模擬出了連鑄結晶器區域熱和力學狀態,特別是鑄坯和結晶器壁界面狀態,包括鑄坯表面溫度、界面熱流和氣隙分布規律等.本模擬工作可以為優化結晶器錐度,開發高拉速曲面結晶器提供理論依據和技術基礎.

     

    Abstract: Based on the solidificaton process of carbon stcel in continuous casting mold, and considerin the colltact behavior between billet and mold, a fully thermomechancally coupled 2D transient thermo-elastoplastic FEM model is established. The model is thelemented with MAR software on PC computer, and the thermal and mechanical states in continuous casting mold are obtained, especially including the interfcial states between shell and mold, such as billet surface temperature,interfacial heat flux and the law of gap formation. This analytcal work can provide theoretical bases for optimizing mold taper and developing high-speed casting mold with coninuously changing taper.
