摘要: 在分析了熱電材料的發展背景和研究理論的基礎上,采用熱壓法制備出單體和雙層具有不同擴散勢壘的(Bi1-0.85Sb0.85)2Te3與PbTe體系二元梯度熱電材料.金屬,Fe,Ni和Mg被用作層間擴散勢全材料.測定了它們的熱電性能,分析了它們的物質組成和各層內和層間的成分分布,確定出較好的擴散勢壘材料為金屬鐵和鈷.Abstract: On the basis of analysis of developing background and theory of thermoelectric graded materials, p-type (Bi1-0.85Sb0.85)2Te3 and PbTe two segments thermoelectrical graded materials (TGM) with different barriers were fabricated by conventional hot-pressing process. Metals Fe, Ni and Mg were used as barriers between two segments.The thermoelectric properties were measured. The compositions of each layer and composition distributions in and between different layers were detected. It is demonstrated that better diffusion barriers materials were metal Fe.
