連鑄機結晶器液面狀態識別及遺傳模糊控制方法

Mould Bath Level State Recognition and Fuzzy Control Method Based on GA

  • 摘要: 在連鑄生產過程,結晶器液位易受許多復雜和不確定因素影響,難以控制.為此提出一種新的變結構模糊控制器.在這個控制器中,采用一種基于改進的聚類算法的雙層ISODATA算法的狀態識別方法;并且在控制器中用遺傳算法優化模糊規則的條數和內容及隸屬函數,使推理速度和控制系統的魯棒性大大改善.仿真結果令人滿意.

     

    Abstract: In continuous casting process, because mould bath level can be easily affected by many complex and uncertain factors and difficult to control, a new structure-varied fuzzy controller is proposed. In this controller, a state pattern recognition method based on an improved adjustable clustering algorithm,dual-ISODATA algorithm is used. At the fuzzy controller,quantity and the content of the fuzzy rule and mumbership function are optimized by the Genetic Algorithms. The reasoning speed and the robustness of the control systems is greatly improved.The results of the simulation are satisfactory.
