薄板坯結晶器內卷渣現象的研究

摘要: 基于相似原理,采用1:1的水模型,模擬了薄板坯連鑄結晶器內鋼液-保護渣界面的流場,通過采用SG200水工數據采集系統對液而波動進行了定量測量.結合流場顯示研究了薄板坯連鑄結晶器內鋼液的卷渣機理,得出了薄板坯連鑄結晶器內鋼液的主要卷渣方式為旋渦卷渣和剪切卷渣.研究了各工藝參數,即水日類型、浸入深度、水口出口傾角、拉速等,對保護渣卷人量、卷入方式、卷人深度的影響.Abstract: Based on the Similarity criteria, series water modeling experiments have been carried out to investigate the mechanisms of powder entrapment in the mould of thin slab continuous caster. SG200 hydraulic experiment system was applied to measure the wave amplitude. The main mode of the powder entraps into the steel and the influences of the technique parameter to entrap depth and mode have been obtained.
