鈣礬石材料硬化體風化機理

Weathering Mechanism of Ettringite

  • 摘要: 采用了加速化學反應法、X射線衍射法、SEM法、TG和DT等方法對鈣礬石材料硬化體的形成和風化反應過程以及鈣礬石材料的各種物理化學特性進行了研究.結果發現,鈣礬石風化的原因是大氣中的CO2侵入到鈣礬石材料內部,使它的硬化體結構分解粉化而失去強度.研究結果為鈣礬石材料的工業化生產和應用提供了依據.

     

    Abstract: The sclerotium of ettringite material is easily effloresced and lower its strength if it is exposed to the air. Its formation and weathering process are studied with methods such as accelerate chemical reaction, X-diffraction, SEM, TG and DT and also its physical chemistry characteristics are expounded. The reason of weathering is that carbon dioxide intrude into ettringite and decompose its structure, and thus loss its strength. This provide the basis for industrialized production and application of ettringite material.
