雙層輝光離子Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共滲

Multi-element Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb Surface Alloying by Double Glow Plasma Method

  • 摘要: 采用雙層輝光離子滲金屬技術在純鐵表面進行Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共滲.結果表明:雙層輝光離子Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共滲可以在工業純鐵表面形成合金元素成分呈梯度分布鎳基表面合金層.對雙層輝光離子Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共滲存在成分離析現象從合金元素的擴散原理探討了其產生的機制.

     

    Abstract: The multi-element Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb surface alloying has been studied by means of Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying Technique. The results show that the highly alloyed gradient Ni-base surface alloying layer can be formed by double glow multi-element Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb plasma sauce alloying. The composition demising phenomenon, which exist in plasma Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb scarce alloying Process, has been discussed based on alloying element diffusion.
