直流等離子體噴射鍍膜設備的傳熱數學模型

Mathematical Model of Heat Transfer in an Apparatus Used toCoated Film by Direct Current Plasma Jet

  • 摘要: 介紹了對直流等離子體噴射鍍膜設備中傳熱過程所進行的理論和實驗研究,探討影響上述復雜傳熱過程的各種因素的影響規律及各種因素之間的相互關系,以及對有效控制金剛石膜形成的影響程度.在理論研究的基礎上,建立了射流溫度分布以及輻射、尋熱及基片熱平衡等5組數學模型,并進行了編程計算,計算結果與實驗結果對比,證明兩者吻合很好.

     

    Abstract: Energy system of the equipment used to make diamond film by the direct current-plasma jet (DC-PJ) was studied. Based on analyzing mechanism of heat transfer, the theory and experiment which research the level of varies of factors and the relationship of the factors were introduced. Five mathematic models according to temprature distrbution, radiation,convection,transference and heat balance were set up and calculated by this program, and got a consistent result both by calculation and by experiment.
