Q235低碳鋼靜態再結晶模型的建立

Static Recrystallization Models of Q235 Low Carbon Steel

  • 摘要: 在物理冶金基本模型的基礎上,通過對實驗數據進行回歸建立了Q235低碳鋼的靜態再結晶及晶粒長大模型,模型計算和實驗所測結果相吻合.壓縮實驗為雙道次壓縮,實驗條件為:變形速率0.5~2.0s-1,變形溫度950~1100℃,變形量為0.15~0.25(真應變),初始晶粒尺寸為56~85μm.

     

    Abstract: The Static Recrystallization and Grain growth models of Q235 (low carbon steel) were established by regression with experiment data on the basis of physical metallugy models, the results calculated by the models agree with the measured values. The test are double compression,the condition of upsetting test is:temperature 950~1100℃, forming rate 0.50~0.20 s-1, initial grain size 56~85μm.
