Model for Liquid Segregation of Semi-solid Alloy Slurry in Extrusion Deformation

  • 摘要: 描述了一種軸向擠壓的半固態合金漿料的數學模型.半固態合金漿料的固相和液相可以相互鄰接,它們的變形行為可以藕合.固相的增稠控制著流體流動行為,由此得到在液相中分布的壓力可能會影響固相的增稠和液相的偏析.模型可以用來預測半固態合金試樣徑向上的液相體積分數的分布情況.

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model of axisymmetric compression of semi-solid alloy slurry was described.The model is applicable to conditions where the solid and liquid phases may be contiguous and their deformation behaviors are coupled.The densification of the solid skeleton drives the fluid flow behavior,and the resulting pressure distribution in the liquid affects the densification in the solid and the liquid phase segregation.The model can predict radial distribution of liquid fraction of semi-solid alloy slurry,specimen.
