熱軋船板鋼時奧氏體相變的規律
Phase Transformation of Austenite in the Hot Rolling of Ship Plate Steel

摘要: 通過對現場軋制工藝的模擬,借助熱加工模擬試驗機研究了變形量、變形溫度及變形后的冷卻速度,對一般強度船板鋼變形奧氏體向鐵素體和珠光體轉變的影響。實驗結果表明:增加變形量,降低變形溫度,減緩冷卻速度可在不同程度上促進奧氏體向鐵素體和珠光體的轉變。Abstract: Based on the experiment which is made by simulating rolling parameters in site, transformation of formed austenite to ferrite and pearlite related to strain, temperature and cooling rate has been discussed in the paper. The results show that more strain, higher temperature and lower cooling rate can promote, to a different content, the transformation of both ferrite and pearlite from formed austenite.
