ZrO2增韌Al2O3復相陶瓷中氧化鋯相分布的分形維數

Fractal Dimension of Zirconia Phase in Alumina/Zirconia Ceramic Composites

  • 摘要: 研究了氧化鋯增韌氧化鋁復相陶瓷中氧化鋯相分布的分形維數隨氧化鋯含量、燒結溫度、保溫時間的變化規律,通過與該材料的力學性能比較,該變化規律不但反應了相分布特征,而且與力學性能的變化規律一致。提出了利用相分布的分形維數作為一個參量來定量分析相分布對力學性能的影響的可能性。

     

    Abstract: The fractal dimensions of zirconia phase were measured using the techniques of quantitative metallography under different conditions:the different percentage of zirconia,sintering temperature and sintering time. The results showed that the morphology of zirconia phase and grain growth of zirconia are described well by fractals and the mechanical properties of the composites were well correlated with the fractals of the zirconia phase distribution. So, the influence of the zirconia phase on the mechanical property can be quantitatively described by the fractal dimension.
