熱礦振動篩篩箱溫度場測試及熱應力計算分析

Calculation and Analysis of the Thermal Stress Vibrating Screen for Hot Agglomerate Mine

摘要: 對唐鋼燒結廠3.1 m×8.3 m熱礦振動篩篩箱溫度場現場實測.用SAP5p軟件研究了熱礦篩的熱應力與靜應力，做出了等效應力曲線，找到了篩箱最大熱應力點，為以后熱礦篩的設計和研究提供廠一些參考數據.

Abstract: Based on the practical measurement of thermal field on vibrating screen for hot agglomerate mine at sintering static stress is studied by using computer software SAP5p.The equivalent line of stress is made. The maximum points of stress on the box of screen are found. The result can be used in the design and further research of hot mine screen.
