Static Recrystalization of Chemical Socking Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Ferritic Steels

  • 摘要: 研究了用化學浸潤法(CS)進行氧化物彌散強化(ODS)的鐵素體合金形變后在退火過程中的組織變化.結果表明:合金的再結晶溫度在750~780 ℃之間;形變量高的合金退火后能獲得細小均勻的晶粒;彌散相能有效釘扎初次再結晶完成后晶粒尺寸在臨界尺寸Dlim以下的晶界;彌散強化相Y2Ti2O3在形變和退火過程中是穩定的.

     

    Abstract: Recrystalization of the dispersion strengthened fetrihc steels, which was manufacted through chemical socking, was systemahcally studied. It was found that the recrystaization temperatures varied from 750 to 780 ℃, fine grains could be obtained by annealing after high-level deformation, grain boundaries of the grains with size smaller than limited value could be effectively Pinned by dispersoids, and Y2Ti2O7 was stable during deformation and annealing.
