高溫合金渦輪盤材料的裂紋擴展速率

Crack Growth Rate of Superalloy Turbine Disks

  • 摘要: 用直流電位法研究了高溫合金渦輪盤材料的裂紋擴展速率.結果表明:高溫合金渦輪盤材料的裂紋擴展速率快慢,不完全取決于材料強度,更主要地取決于持久塑性.在考察高溫合金渦輪盤材料的裂紋擴展時,不能僅以速率值da/dN的絕對值來衡量,還應看裂紋擴展速率曲線的斜率是否銳減或曲線出現明顯的拐點,以及曲線所對應的應力強度因子△K的范圍.

     

    Abstract: Crack growth rate of superalloy turbne disks is tested by means of direct current-voltage.The results show that the CGR of superalloy turbine disks is decided by stress rupture duchlity, not by strength of superalloy and the valuahon of CGR is determinned by the incline of curve and the range of stress strength factor.
