球墨鑄鐵微觀組織形成的數值模擬

Numerical Simulation of Microstructure Formation of Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 基于結晶動力學理論,建立了球墨鑄鐵凝固過程各階段微觀組織形成形核和長大的數學模型;根據該結晶動力學模型,編制了球鐵微觀組織形成模擬軟件FTStructure.該軟件可以預測球鐵凝固過程中各相的形成以及固態轉變中鐵素體和珠光體的形成,并進而預測鑄態力學性能.模擬了階梯形試塊的冷卻曲線、微觀組織和布氏硬度.模擬與實測結果符合較好.

     

    Abstract: The nucleation and growth models of the microstructure formation of spheroidal graphite cast iron from solidification down to room temperature were estab-lished according to the existing solidification kinetics theories. Based on the solidifocation kinetics models, a 3D finite difference code, FTStructure, has been developed to simu-late the formation of microstrucures and to predict the as-cast mechanical properties of the SG iron. The cooling curves, microstructures and Brinell hardness of SG iron speci-mens were simulated. Good agreement was obtained between the calculated results and those of experiments.
