摘要: 根據認股證的基本特征,分析了認股證在現代企業籌資活動中能夠起到的積極作用及可能造成的不利影響,從而為企業的財務管理人員進行籌資決策提供參考依據.Abstract: In this paper, the benificial functions and the possbile unfavorable effects of warrant in the financing activities of modern company are analyzed according to its basic features. The conclusions can serve as reference guide for the financial management of modern company in their financing decision-making.
