熔渣下鋼液真空脫氮動力學

Kinetics of Vacuum Denitrogenation from Steel Using Fluxes

  • 摘要: 在真空或真空低吹氬條件下,研究了CaO-BaO-Al2O3-TiO2,CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2渣對鋼液脫氮的影響。結果表明,熔渣降低真空脫氮速率,底吹氬能減少熔渣對真空脫氮的阻力。

     

    Abstract: Under vacuum or vacuum argon blowing conditions,the influences of CaO-BaO-Al2O3-TiO2 and CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2 slags on denitrogenation from steel were investigated.It is found that slags decrease the rate of vacuum denitrogenation and vacuum argon blowing decreases the denitrogenation resistance of slags.
