摘要: 采用液相燒結Mo、Cu混合粉壓坯的方法制取合金,分析了合金的力學性能及組織。借助TEM,SEM組織觀察以及電子探針成分(EDXA)分析表明:Mo-Cu合金的燒結由于Mo的溶解-析出,Mo晶粒表面有Mo、Cu不同比例含量的過渡層,該層中組織均勻細小。在潤濕角為0°附近溫度燒結合金性能最佳。Abstract: Mo-rich Cu alloy was made with the method of liquid phase sintering the mixed Mo and Cu powder.The sintering property and structure were studied by means of TEM,SEM and EDXA.The results indicate as follows:as the result of Mo solution and reprecipitation,the medium of Mo-Cu changing in composition is formed on the surface of Mo particles,and the structure is homogeneous with fine Mo particles;the optimum sinter temperature is at which wetting angle is around zero.
