R(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂(R=Y,Nd)化合物及其氮化物的晶體結構和磁性

摘要: 利用X射線衍射技術和磁測量方法研究了Y(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂(R=Y和Nd)及其氮化物的結構和磁性.實驗發現Y(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂和Nd(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂在室溫下均為鐵磁性,其易磁化方向分別沿C軸與錐面.氮化后,晶格常數、居里溫度和飽和磁化強度顯著增加.此外,氮化物的磁晶各向異性也發生了根本變化,鐵次晶格的易磁化方向轉向基面,釹次晶格的易磁化方向則轉到C軸.

Abstract: The crystallographic structure and magnetic properties of R(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂ (R=Y and Nd) compounds and their nitrides have been investigatad by using X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.It is found that both Y(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂ and NdR(Fe_0.8Mn_0.2)₁₂ compounds are ferromagnetic and their easy magnetization direction (EMD) are respectively along the C-axis and the easy cone. Upon nitrogenation, the lattice parameters,curie temperatures and the satuation magnetizations are geatly enhanced.Furthermore,the EMD is changed into basal plane for Fe sublattice and turns to along the C-axis for Nd sublattice.
