溶膠制備工藝對ZrO2-Y2O3涂層性能的影響

Effect of Sol-Gel Precursors on Structure and high Temperature Oxidation Resistance of ZrO2-Y2O3 Ceramic Coatings

  • 摘要: 用無機金屬鹽水解及有機醇鹽中間體合成兩種不同的工藝路線制備了ZrO2-Y2O3復合Sol(溶膠),對比了通過Dip-Coating的方法在GH220/MCrAlX基體上形成致密ZrO2-Y2O3陶瓷涂層的能力,以及涂層在1000℃的靜態抗氧化性能.結果表明,金屬有機醇鹽工藝制備的ZrO2-Y2O3陶瓷涂層具有極其優越的高溫靜態抗氧化性能.無機金屬鹽水解所制備的ZrO2-Y2O3涂層抗氧化能力明顯低于金屬有機醇鹽工藝.可能的原因是殘留在涂層內的微量酸根離子使氧化和腐蝕過程加劇.

     

    Abstract: Both metalorganic and inorganic salt precursors were used for preparation of GH220/NiCrAlYSiHf/ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramic coatings. Effect on the structure of the Sol and the high temperature resistance of the resultant ceramic coatings were studied. It was found that although both process can be used for preparation of dense continuous ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramic coatings,only the metalorganic process can give excellent high temperature resistance to the resultant ceramic coatings. Residue acid radicals presented in the Sol may be responsible for the bad performance of the coatings prepared from the inorganic salt process.
