HSLA100鋼的時效動力學

Aging Dynamics of Steel HSLA100

  • 摘要: 采用硬度法、透射電鏡等方法研究了HSLA100鋼的時效動力學,結果表明,ε-Cu的析出動力學可用Avrami方程來描述,時效過程表征激活能為140kJ/mol,ε-Cu的粗化長大符合Ostwald機制。

     

    Abstract: Investigate the aging dynamics of HSLA100 steel by hardness measurement and TEM observation. The results indicate that aging dynamics of HSLA100 can be discribed by Avrami equation. The apparent activation energy for the aging process is 140 kJ/mol, which has been reduced by the presence of excess vacances and high dislocation density. Also it has been proved that the coarsening process of ε-Cu obeys the Ostwald mechanism.
