底吹鋼包內擲入合金的運動

Computation of Trajectories of Alloying Additions in Gas Stirring Ladles

  • 摘要: 應用邊界適體坐標(BFC)技術計算底吹鋼包內的三維流場,該計算無需在未知流場內設置內邊界,而使流動及運動的合金可順利跨越圓心軸.在計算合金運動軌跡時,修正了合金在氣液兩相區內運動模型的參數.最后分析了若干因素對合金運動軌跡的影響.

     

    Abstract: The internal boundary in flow field, which must be designated in the cylindrical polar coodinate system, can be avoided by using body-fitted coordinate system (BFC). Consequently, computed flow of molten steel and paths of alloying additions are able to cross smoothly the geometric centerline of cylindrical verssel.Motion of particles is calculated in three dimensional coordinate system, the modification of parameters,such as the drag coefficient and density in the two phase region, is examined. Some factors affecting the trajectories of alloying additions are discussed.
